Service Description

DieselLocal is a marketing services company for big-rig diesel repair shops and heavy-duty service businesses. We use software, automation, and AI-assisted workflows as tools to help shops improve Google Maps visibility, review operations, Google Business Profile accuracy, content planning, customer approvals, and visibility into the work being done.

Our platform may read and update your Google Business Profile information (such as business hours, photos, service descriptions, and review responses) on your behalf, but only after you explicitly authorize access through Google's OAuth consent flow.

DieselLocal does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, search rankings, or review volumes. We combine marketing service expertise with software tools to help authorized shop owners manage their local presence more consistently. The software supports the service — it does not replace shop owner approval or control.

DieselLocal provides a custom dashboard where shop owners can see what is happening with their marketing, review pending actions, manage account access and permissions, track Google Business Profile and review workflows, download weekly reports, and download monthly statements.

2

Account & Authorization

To use DieselLocal, you must create an account and, where applicable, authorize our platform to access your Google Business Profile through Google's standard OAuth consent process.

By connecting your Google account, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner or authorized manager of the Google Business Profile(s) you connect.
  • You consent to DieselLocal reading and updating your business profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions or by contacting us.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. DieselLocal is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

3

Authorized Use

DieselLocal is intended for use by diesel repair shop owners and their authorized representatives. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform to post false, misleading, or deceptive business information.
  • Connect Google Business Profiles that you do not own or have authorization to manage.
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the platform.
  • Use the platform in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or API usage policies.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without written permission.
4

Content Responsibility

DieselLocal may assist in generating or suggesting content for your Google Business Profile, including review responses, business descriptions, and service listings. However:

  • You are ultimately responsible for all content published to your Google Business Profile, whether created manually or through our tools.
  • Manual approval is the default for all public-facing actions. Posts, profile changes, and review replies go through an approval workflow before publishing.
  • Done-for-you automation is available only when you explicitly choose that option and authorize the workflow. Even when done-for-you support is selected, DieselLocal preserves shop-owner controls, permissions, visibility, and the ability to review or disable workflows at any time.
  • Weekly reports and monthly statements are provided as informational service outputs through your custom dashboard. They reflect marketing activity and are not guarantees of specific outcomes.
  • We are not responsible for any consequences arising from content published through the platform under your authorization.
5

Data & Privacy

Your use of DieselLocal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data — including any data accessed through Google APIs.

Key data commitments:

  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • Google Business Profile data is used only to provide our services to you.
  • You can request data deletion or disconnect your Google account at any time.
6

Service Availability & Changes

We strive to keep DieselLocal available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.
  • Modify features or functionality with reasonable notice.
  • Discontinue the service with 30 days' advance notice to active customers.

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or changes.

7

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIESELLOCAL AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DIESELLOCAL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not DieselLocal has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using DieselLocal and disconnect your Google account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the platform will be revoked.
  • We will delete your stored data upon request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Any Google API tokens associated with your account will be revoked.
9

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

10

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active customers via email or through the platform. Your continued use of DieselLocal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
